Returns Policy

Standard Items

At Ducting Supplies, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns of Non-Faulty Goods
If goods are returned and found to have no fault, we reserve the right to issue a credit note only for the value of the returned items.

Issuing a credit note is done at our sole discretion and may depend on the condition of the goods and the circumstances of the return.

In certain cases, and at our discretion, we may agree to accept the return of standard items. All such returns are subject to a 25% restocking and handling fee.

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We’ll confirm whether your return can be accepted and provide further instructions.
Once authorised, goods must be returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date.

After the items have been inspected and confirmed to meet our return conditions, a refund or credit note will be processed.

Bespoke & Non-Standard Items

Please note that bespoke, custom-made, or non-standard products are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they are confirmed to be faulty or damaged upon delivery.


Faulty Items

Most products supplied by Ducting Supplies come with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.
If a fault develops and the product has been used in line with the manufacturer’s specifications, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

If it appears that the product has not been used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, Ducting Supplies reserves the right to decline a replacement or refund.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage, as returns sent without proof are at the sender’s risk.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty upon inspection, we will reimburse your return postage costs and arrange a replacement or refund.


Damaged Items

Please check all deliveries carefully when they arrive.
If any items appear damaged, please sign for them as “damaged” and notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims for damage where goods have been signed for as “received in good condition.”


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
