Filter Cassettes

Filter cassettes are fabricated from 0.7 mm galvanised mild steel and supplied complete with circular spigots at each end, a removable access panel, and a 50 mm Grade 4 pleated panel filter. Units designed to accommodate thicker filters are available on request.

Custom dimensions can be manufactured to specification; however, the standard sizes listed below correspond to the most common single-panel filter configurations.

Select the required Overall Size from the drop-down menu to specify the cassette envelope dimensions.
Next, select the Spigot Size — note that the spigot diameter must be smaller than the cassette’s overall width and height.

For rectangular configurations, the Access Door location can be specified via the relevant drop-down menu

Unless otherwise stated, all filter cassettes are manufactured with a nominal overall length of 250 mm. This length provides adequate plenum space for uniform air distribution across the filter face, thereby optimising effective filtration area and performance.
