Male fitting spigot plates. IL flanged spigot spot-welded to circular plate.
Up to 250 dia the outer diameter size of the plate is determined as spigot size + 100mm. 300 dia and above the outer diameter size is determined as spigot size + 150mm. Please see below rule
Simple rule:

Spigot ≤ 250 mm Ø → Plate = spigot + 100 mm

Spigot ≥ 300 mm Ø → Plate = spigot + 150 mm
