This purpose-built component interfaces with air handling unit controllers via dedicated power and signal connections, maintaining precise temperature setpoints for consistent indoor climate performance. Robust construction combines galvanized steel casings with stainless steel heating elements and 20mm mineral wool thermal insulation, whilst airtight rubber seals maximise duct coupling integrity. Comprehensive safety architecture incorporates dual-stage overheat protection—primary automatic reset at 50°C and secondary manual reset at 90°C. Versatile mounting capability accommodates multiple duct orientations using supplied clamps, with horizontal installations supporting 90° control box swivel adjustment when positioned cover-upwards.Â
